Creating memorable experiences? If so, Christ Church at Grove Farm is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to help plan and execute weddings, partner events, special celebrations, and holiday-related events. What You'll Do Plan and coordinate events from start to finish. Create timelines, coordinate facilities, vendors, catering, rentals, décor, and other event needs. Partner with our Office Administrator, Communications, Facilities, Production, and ministry teams to ensure events run smoothly. Recruit, schedule, and encourage event volunteers. Maintain event-related records. Provide a welcoming, organized, and excellent experience for guests and ministry partners. What We're Looking For A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and in agreement with Christ Church at Grove Farm's Statement of Faith. Excellent organizational and communication skills. A heart for hospitality and serving others. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Event planning, hospitality, project management, or ministry experience required If you're organized, people-oriented, and love creating experiences that help people connect with Christ and one another, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!
