Event Operations Crew Our Place On 17 Mount Pleasant, SC Job Details Part-time From $12 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Guest relations Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Event setup Full Job Description Job Overview Our Place on 17 is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our event operations team as Event Operations Crew. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in preparing our venue for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings and other special events. Team members will assist with transforming the venue before events and returning the property to its proper setup afterward. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, event-based work who enjoys working as part of a team and doesn't mind a physically active position. Duties Set up tables and chairs according to event floor plans Prepare ceremony, reception and other event spaces Place venue-provided items as directed Assist the venue operations team with event setup needs Breakdown tables, chairs and venue items following events Return equipment and venue items to designated storage areas Reset event spaces after events Keep work areas, storage areas and event spaces clean and organized Report damaged or missing venue property Follow instructions provided by venue management and event coordinators Assist with additional venue needs as assigned Skills Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to stay active Able to follow floor plans and instructions Detail-oriented Able to lift 30-50lbs Comfortable working as part of a team Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment Available nights and weekends Professional while working around clients, guests and vendors This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to contribute to vibrant events while gaining valuable experience in operations, safety, and guest engagement.
