Overview Engels Event Company is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring ideas to life, coordinate logistics seamlessly, and staffing events appropriately. The ideal candidate will thrive managing their own time, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and being detail oriented Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently Coordinate with vendors for events Manage event logistics including setup, bar orders, and staffing Provide outstanding customer service by addressing attendee inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain detailed records of event activities, invoices, and more Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours as required or based around the schedule of booked events
