Celebrations Hospitality Group, LLC Duck Pond Manor & The Dimora Part-Time | Event-Based | Weekends Celebrations Hospitality Group is seeking dependable, energetic, and professional Event Staff to join our team at our two beautiful wedding and event venues, Duck Pond Manor and The Dimora . Our event staff play an important role in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our couples and their guests. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of weddings and special events. Position Responsibilities Event Staff may assist with: Setting up and breaking down weddings and special events Arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and other event items Assisting with ceremony and reception setup Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming venue Assisting catering and service staff as needed Bussing tables and clearing dishes Restocking supplies throughout events Assisting guests with basic questions and directions Helping with venue cleanup before, during, and after events Following venue policies, safety procedures, and event timelines Working closely with venue managers, coordinators, catering staff, and vendors Performing other event-related duties as assigned Kitchen work (dishes, organizing, cleaning and stocking) Qualifications We are looking for individuals who are: Must be 18+ Reliable and punctual Professional, friendly, and courteous Comfortable working with the public Able to work well as part of a team Able to follow directions and complete tasks independently Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods Able to lift and carry event equipment and supplies Detail-oriented and organized Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require Previous hospitality, restaurant, catering, wedding, or event experience is a plus, but not required Schedule This is a part-time, event-based position , with the majority of our events taking place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays . Event staff must have flexible weekend availability. Shifts will vary depending on the event schedule and may include setup, event service, and breakdown/cleanup. Compensation will be based on experience. Work Locations Duck Pond Manor - Sparta, Tennessee The Dimora - Sparta, Tennessee Staff may be scheduled at either venue depending on the event.
