We're looking for a part - time creative, energetic and highly organized Events & Client Engagement Coordinator to support our community outreach, educational events and client engagement activities throughout the DFW area temporarily from now through December 2026, with the potential to continue. This is a non-sales support position - no insurance license is required. This is NOT a traditional desk-only marketing position. We need someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting people and bringing ideas to life. The right person will be friendly, outgoing and especially comfortable engaging with the senior population. You should be able to walk into an event, warmly greet attendees, start conversations and help create a fun, welcoming and professional experience.

WHAT YOU'LL HELP WITH

Coordinate community events, Medicare educational sessions and client appreciation activities Manage RSVPs, attendee lists, reminders and event follow-up Attend select daytime events throughout the DFW area Assist with event setup, guest check-in, networking and breakdown Engage and build rapport with seniors and other community members Organize SWAG, giveaways, signage, supplies and event materials Coordinate flyers, brochures and other materials with our marketing partners Take photos and short videos and help identify fun social media/content opportunities Bring creative ideas for events, displays, giveaways, client gifts and community engagement Help coordinate branded apparel and event-day looks/styling to ensure a polished and consistent brand presentation Assist with year-end client appreciation gifts and special projects Keep event calendars, checklists, deadlines and supplies organized

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is: Outgoing, bubbly and personable Creative and full of ideas Comfortable talking and building rapport with senior adults Organized, dependable and detail-oriented Professional while still being warm and approachable Comfortable attending events and networking Available for daytime DFW travel , with occasional evening/weekend events Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable taking photos/video and assisting with basic social media content Someone with a good eye for presentation, branding and style is a PLUS! Experience in events, hospitality, community outreach, senior services, healthcare, marketing, churches/nonprofits or customer service is helpful, but personality, creativity, reliability and organization are equally important.

Upcoming events begin September 24 , so we're looking for someone who can start quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work who loves people, events, creativity and being active in the community.
