Job Description

EVENT ASSISTANT - FLORAL SUPPORT

Saved You a Seat Events is looking for a reliable, professional Event Assistant to help with an upcoming Flower Bar event for approximately 120 guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist with unloading event supplies and materials from the truck Help set up and organize the flower bar Assist with creating and arranging bouquets for guests Keep the flower bar organized and stocked throughout the event Assist with general event setup and breakdown as needed Be comfortable standing and working on your feet for several hours Be able to lift and carry event supplies Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests

Requirements:

Must be dependable and punctual Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Must be able to follow directions and work efficiently Professional appearance and attire required Must be comfortable interacting with guests Floral arranging or bouquet-making experience is a plus, but not required Event experience is also a plus We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, friendly, and not afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

EVENT DATE IS SEPTEMBER 12, 2026

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
