Position Purpose The Event & Wedding Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of weddings, catering functions, festivals and special events while assisting sales, revenue management, marketing and social media initiatives. Essential Functions Assist with weddings, events, festivals and catering functions. Support client communication, planning timelines, site visits and event details. Assist with proposals, follow-up, sales activities and revenue opportunities. Prepare and update Banquet Event Orders and communicate details with departments. Partner with marketing and social media to capture event content and promote Mountain Lake experiences. Cross-Department Collaboration Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Communications & Social Media, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Facilities, Recreation and Conservancy teams. Performance Metrics Guest satisfaction, event execution, communication, BEO accuracy, revenue support, teamwork and Mountain Lake service standards. Physical Demands Standing and walking for extended periods; supporting indoor and outdoor resort events as needed.

Schedule:

$45,000.00 per year
