Company Overview Saltwater Farm at Friday Harbor is a charming boutique inn and events venue located on San Juan Island. We pride ourselves on offering a unique blend of hospitality, organic farming, and beautiful settings for weddings and special events. Summary We are seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team at Saltwater Farm. In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality. Seasonal (May through September). Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to client specifications. Provide exceptional customer service to guests during events, ensuring their needs are met. Support event coordinators in managing schedules and logistics for smooth event execution. Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts that may arise during events. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or event management preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working with children is a plus but not required.
