Role:

Chronic Tacos is looking for an energetic and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our growing team in Beverly Hills, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced food service environment where great hospitality and a positive attitude are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor to ensure an exceptional dining experience Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining and counter spaces Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and professionalism Collaborate with kitchen and back of house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Restock supplies, condiments, and service stations as needed throughout the shift Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a customer-first approach

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
