Job Duties:

• Be the face of Fosters Freeze and initial contact to the customers.
• Become quickly knowledgeable on all products and how they are created (You will be trained, but also will require some self-teaching through given resources. We train on the job!)
• Give proper customer service (The customer is always first)
• Produce all products with minimal mistakes Your journey will include the following:
• Create all Ice cream products to specifications, and ensure they are made to standard, and minimize waste.
• CLEAN. We are very picky about sanitation and cleanliness. If you love being organized and clean, this jobs defiantly right down your ally!
• Prepare portions and sauces, cut produce and stock all items needed to run the restaurant.
• Cook / Fry foods. Put together burger buns.
• Bag and expedite orders quickly.
• Memorize all products and how they are made for cashiering within 2 weeks worth of shifts.
• Clean, restock, and maintain the facility at all times
• Must be Honest, Reliable, Hard Working, Customer first attitude
• Serving products to customers in a timely and clean manner
• Be quick on your feet, and a fast thinker
• Takes direction well and works with positivity
• A team player Although all of these duties are listed, you will not be required to learn them all at once.

We move you up as fast as you show us that you've mastered the beginning areas first.

Requirements:

• 2 Years Minimum Work Experience Required
• California Food Safety (ANSI) Certified (or within 15 days of hire)
• Ability to stand, squat, grasp, carry, lift, and move things up to 50lbs regularly without assistance.
• Ability to handle high pressure and time constraints regularly without losing focus.
• Solution minded
• Understand what customers are asking for and have the ability to quickly find correct answers per our standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude in every situation
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a reliable asset to be called in to work on occasion.
