Big Blue Swim School Escondido is growing, and we're looking for friendly, reliable, customer‑focused team members to join our Front Desk staff. Our Front Desk Team plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for families, supporting smooth daily operations, and assisting with program enrollment and sales. What You'll Do Greet families and provide exceptional customer service Assist with check‑ins, scheduling, and account questions Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support parents with program information Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming lobby environment Support administrative tasks and communicate effectively with the deck and management teams Uphold Big Blue's standards for professionalism, accuracy, and customer care What We're Looking For Strong customer service or front‑facing experience Sales experience preferred, especially in membership‑based or service‑based environments Clear, professional communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Comfort working around children and families Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail Weekend availability required Why Big Blue Paid training Consistent scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the school Preferred Qualifications Sales experience preferred , especially in membership‑based or service‑based environments Comfort discussing programs, memberships, or upgrades with families is a plus.
