We're looking for friendly and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our team. This role includes providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks, serving food, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, making coffee, and thriving in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using Square POS Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient service Qualifications & Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in English and Spanish Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when necessary Must be at least 18 years old (required) Must be able to speak Spanish (required) Must be available to work Mondays and weekends (required) Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, barista, or restaurant work (required) Join us as a Front of House Team Member and be part of an exciting team that values hard work, dedication, and exceptional service!
