As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll receive training that opens your eyes to the true meaning of connectivity. The Entry Level Team Member's sales conversations will be about more than just service; they'll be about keeping our customers together, about the sound of a loved one's voice, about the comfort of knowing they can reach the people who matter most. Key Duties of the Entry Level Team Member Act as an in-person ambassador, highlighting affordable mobile solutions that enhance communication and digital access. Listen to our customers' concerns in person and tailor messaging about mobile plans, coverage, and device features to meet their specific needs. Support team initiatives in person by participating in sales and outreach, establishing a welcoming environment for mobile service exploration. Assist our customers with mobile device setup, verification, and enrollment processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Clarify questions about service options and usage tips in simple, relatable language to build confidence in affordable mobile solutions. Work collaboratively with fellow Entry Level Team Members to expand access to affordable mobile services and foster long-term community trust.
