You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices are adhered to at all times. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations are required. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
