This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences while effectively managing various tasks related to food preparation and service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections and inquiries. Process customer orders accurately using POS System. Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Ensure cleanliness of the Shop, including off stage areas. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and supply ordering as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food industry or quick service/fast food restaurant setting. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
