Join Freedom Boat Club's Dock Staff Crew! Freedom Boat Club at Love Creek and Long Neck Calling all water enthusiasts! Summer may be halfway through, but the fun on the water is just heating up at Freedom Boat Club, the nation's leading private member boat club. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our dock staff crew for the remainder of our season and become a key member of our team in a thriving nautical environment. This is your chance to land a rewarding role in a thriving nautical environment. You'll be a key member of our dock staff, responsible for: Creating unforgettable experiences: Greet members with a smile and genuine enthusiasm for their boating adventures.

Ensuring smooth sailing:

Manage boat reservations, assist members with safe boarding and departures, and keep the fleet ready for every voyage.

Prioritizing safety:

Conduct thorough equipment checks, educate members on boating protocols, and ensure a secure environment.

Becoming a local guide:

Get to know the local waters and provide basic chart guidance to enhance member exploration (boating experience a plus, but not required!).

Keeping things shipshape:

Maintain pristine boat conditions through routine and deep cleaning tasks.

Building a strong crew:

Flexible scheduling:

Weekend/Holiday shifts and a minimum of 3 shifts per week are required. Work in a fun and dynamic environment: Be part of a team dedicated to creating exceptional member experiences on the water. We're looking for someone with: A passion for service and the outdoors: You enjoy interacting with people and have a love for the open water.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

Build rapport with members and effectively address their needs.

A strong work ethic:

Be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player. The ability to perform light maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license and be 18 years or older. The physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, board and load boats, and perform cleaning tasks. Ready to make a splash this summer? Apply today!
