Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy with cash register operations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks like food prep, serving customers, and managing queues effectively Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in cashiering or retail math helps in managing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly valued Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience can enhance your ability to prepare quality food quickly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences with energy and positivity!
