Represent AT&T:

Professionally introduce AT&T Wireless, AT&T Fiber, home internet, mobile, and business solutions to customers.

Communicate With Customers:

Engage customers in English and Spanish, create meaningful face-to-face conversations, and understand their needs.

Educate & Recommend:

Explain AT&T products, features, and service options in a clear and helpful manner while recommending solutions based on customer needs.

Support Customer Enrollment:

Guide qualified customers through the enrollment process, answer questions, and help ensure information is completed accurately.

AT&T Team Member:

High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both languages. Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment. Goal-oriented, motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable sales results. Coachable attitude with a genuine interest in learning sales and customer enrollment. Reliable team player who can communicate effectively with customers and teammates while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
