Crepetopia is looking for friendly, energetic, reliable, and hardworking Front-of-House Team Members to join our growing team at our new location! As a Front-of-House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and desserts, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, matcha, milkshakes, and other specialty beverages according to Crepetopia's recipes. Prepare and serve desserts, strawberry cups, cakes, and other front-of-house menu items. Ensure all beverages and desserts meet Crepetopia's quality and presentation standards. Handle customer questions, special requests, and concerns professionally. Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. Package takeout orders and coordinate order pickups. Restock cups, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dessert displays, counters, and dining areas. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties. Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, cafés, restaurants, or coffee shops preferred but not required. Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Willingness to learn all front-of-house stations, including cashier, barista, and dessert preparation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform daily café duties. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
