•TIPS - average and additional $3.00 per hour and are based on sales/not guaranteed. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Shift 4 Dine Prepare simple food items and beverages following safety standards and quality guidelines Manage customer orders accurately, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash register operations with precision Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Support the team with food service customer order management, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation when needed Process retail sales transactions smoothly while providing excellent customer service Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food handling skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift 4 Dine for order processing and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen equipment operation Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while honing your skills in the food industry.
