Sanford, FL Job Overview La Brasa Grill is looking for experienced, reliable, hardworking, and serious individuals for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). Candidates must be responsible, able to multitask, follow instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and accurately process orders (FOH). Prepare food and maintain kitchen quality standards (BOH). Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Follow management instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly. Multitask, stay productive during busy shifts, and assist coworkers when needed. Accept feedback, communicate respectfully, and contribute to smooth daily operations. Requirements Previous restaurant experience is required. Previous professional kitchen experience is required for BOH positions. FOH applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish. BOH applicants may speak Spanish only; English is not required. Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and hardworking. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must follow instructions, accept feedback, and take accountability. Must be a team player who supports coworkers and contributes to the team's success. Must be serious about working and committed to doing the job properly.
