Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Upsell additional products or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and providing correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling duties such as stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring proper food storage practices Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks like food prep, serving, and cashiering seamlessly Qualifications Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience working in retail stores or grocery environments is beneficial but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
