Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills in a bustling environment Support the team during nightclub or special event nights, providing exceptional service in high-energy settings Skills Proven experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in busy dining or event environments Experience in fine dining, banquet service, catering, or food handling is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Previous restaurant experience or retail math background preferred Familiarity with nightclubs or brewing environments is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
