In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, crafting delicious sandwiches and providing top-notch customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper sanitation procedures throughout your shift. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about menu options. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions smoothly and accurately. Follow food safety management practices to ensure all food handling complies with safety regulations. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep the workstation organized and ready for service. Support team members during busy periods, helping to ensure quick service and a positive guest experience. Skills Experience in restaurant settings or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments accurately. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist guests confidently.
