Creative Dining Services located on the Dordt University campus in Sioux Center, IA is looking to hire a FT Prep Cook for the Salad Dept. Working hours 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with weekend rotation. Come and be creative and experience the satisfaction of serving people.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepares food such that all food is ready for use within the established timeframe.

Prepares food items in a manner in which preserves food freshness, quality and appeal.

Utilizes safe food handling techniques at all times.

Stores food items according to established standards of practice; utilizes proper labeling and dating.

Maintains production records and temperature logsMaintains a safe, tidy and well organized work environment at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

High School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year food service experience preferredServSafe Certification preferred
