As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Must have flexible availability.

Shifts Include:

4pm-CL 3-4 days/week and every other Saturday is required. 9am-4pm 2 days/week and every other Saturday is required. Ideal candidate could work combined shifts above or specify one that works best for them. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions with basic math skills. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the dining and food preparation spaces. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the store. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. Learn to frost cookies Must meet production goals within 30 days. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or grocery store setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for customer interactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Moving quickly is essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the team.
