Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Uber, grubhub. Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in food preparation instructions and timely delivery. Operate cash registers, process cash and card transactions accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist in operating kitchen equipment when needed and support food preparation activities to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, cafes, or food industry roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant environment is a plus.
