Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve deli items according to customer requests and company standards
Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Monitor inventory levels and restock deli products as needed
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the deli department
Food Handler's Certificate required

Skills:

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and ability to maintain a clean work area
