Position Summary:

As a Crew Member, you are the face of Jersey Mike's. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, prepare quality subs, and help maintain a clean, friendly, and organized restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all customers with a smile and positive attitude Prepare and serve Jersey Mike's subs to company standards Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, dining room, and restrooms Operate POS register accurately and handle transactions Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist in receiving deliveries and stock rotation Work as a team to meet daily goals and deliver top-notch guest experiences

Qualifications:

Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Friendly, energetic, and a team player Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow with the company Must be at least 16 years old
