Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Square POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions efficiently, and manage cash handling responsibilities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary duties Ensure timely serving of orders, bussing tables, and supporting overall restaurant flow to optimize customer experience Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and professionally Basic math skills for processing transactions, giving correct change, and managing sales data Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a café or retail food environment is a plus

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
