Full Job Description Role Summary:

This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, and displaying deli products to meet company standards and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food safety guidelines, merchandising products, stocking backroom supplies, and collaborating with other departments to support store growth. The role also requires communicating tasks effectively, following all PPE and cleaning protocols, and assisting with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of retail or related experience. Candidates should possess basic math skills, be detail-oriented, and able to interpret documents. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and exposure to varied store environments.
