Escapades Family Fun Center is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Guest Service Team Member. This position is responsible for providing a positive guest experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our facility.

Our Guest Service Team Member position ensures guests' initial impressions of Escapades are positive and welcoming. Our associates guide our guests through their retail, recreation, game rental, and dining experiences.Compensation Package:
Jobs include an hourly base pay plus the opportunity to earn tips and the potential to also earn additional bonuses (performance based bonuses, seasonal bonuses, etc.) and raises. Tips are frequently earned in a variety of ways including birthday parties, food & beverage transactions, private events, etc.Additional perks include:
a four-day work week, as well as employee discounts on food & beverage, recreation, gaming, and more!Availability :
We are currently looking for candidates with the following availability: Friday 1:30-8:30pm Saturday 11:30-8:30pm Sunday 11:30-6:30pm Monday 1:30-8:30pm This doesn't mean that this necessarily will be your schedule.
