We are a family-owned and operated retail grocery store specializing in the finest produce, deli, and gourmet selections available. We have built our business on Customer Service. We are currently looking for a Deli Clerk to join our team. The Deli Clerk is responsible for serving customers, slicing meats and cheeses, maintaining stock in the display cases, and maintaining cleanliness in the deli.

Duties:

• Fill Deli customer orders, answer questions, provide deli product suggestions and expertise
• Package, wrap and label prepared foods, meats, cheeses, and other deli items.
• Learn our item lineup and be prepared to answer questions on
• Cleanliness of the deli-continuous upkeep to maintain the highest standards
• Assist customers with requests for holiday orders, special orders, and custom orders
• Assist in receiving inventory from vendors, including knowing backroom put away procedures and organization

Deli Manager Requirements :

• Competent working at a high pace and commitment to continuous improvement
• Work very well in a team environment
• Able to lift up to 40+ lbs and be on your feet for 8-9 hrs per day
