In this role, you will NEED to have experience in hand tossing Italian New York-style pizzas with precision and passion while also having experience in preparing a variety of delicious hot and cold sub sandwiches that delight our customers. Your expertise in food preparation, menu execution, and kitchen operations will contribute to creating an energetic and memorable dining experience. We are seeking motivated culinary professionals eager to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction are paramount. Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic New York-style pizzas, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and presentation standards Assemble a variety of hot and cold sub sandwiches with fresh ingredients, maintaining high-quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, slicers, and food prep stations efficiently and safely Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or sandwich options based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Manage food production during high-volume periods while maintaining speed and accuracy Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times, including knife skills for slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables Making sure station is stocked and clean at all times. Assist in washing dishes and other duties to ensure a clean working environment. Experience with a POS system. Must be able to speak and understand English Qualifications Previous experience with pizza making or sandwich preparation preferred Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience with food handling, cooking techniques such as braising, poaching, grilling, and food production processes Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume production environments Excellent knife skills and attention to detail for ingredient preparation Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards Culinary experience in the food industry or fine dining environments is a plus Join us to bring authentic flavors to life!
