Company Overiew The Di Cara's Deli is looking for energetic, friendly, professional and eager individuals to join the family. Looking for an experienced Cook / Deli Clerk. We are located in Reading, MA and are seeking an energetic person with good customer skills. This individual MUST be neat, clean, punctual, reliable and have a car. We expect our team members to be pleasant and passionate about working with the customers.

Requirements / Qualifications

Previous food industry experience a plus but not required. Great opportunity for someone looking to grow and gain experience within a small company. Looking for someone long term! Please email me your resume / references.

Responsibilities to include the following:

• Deli Slicing experience
• MUST be over 18 years old and comfortable using slicers & knives.
• Server Safe preferred but not required.
• Sandwich Making / Cooking
• Customer Service
• great customers in a courteous manner, answers telephone, take phone orders, and answer customers inquires.
• Cleaning
• including washing dishes,stocking shelves,etc
• Preparation for salads / hot prepared meals
• Prepare and serve deli products with attention to quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
