Your Day-To-Day Prep vehicles before entering the Soft Cloth tunnel. Assist customers at pay station and explain washes. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Ensuring that all equipment is working properly and troubleshooting the problem until a solution can be found. Fixing equipment from vacuum motors to hoses as necessary. Selling memberships and helping customer sign up. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high-quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties. Qualifications Previous experience in car wash, custodial services, skilled trades, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to problem solve. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn new skills related to chemicals, plumbing, electrical, and customer service. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
