Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and register operations Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality standards are met Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the workspace to uphold food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain a clean, organized work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and food safety management practices Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments and managing food orders Experience with food handling, sanitation, and operating kitchen or café equipment is desirable Food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
