In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. In addition, you will be responsible for protecting company assets, along with performing shift tasks as required. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Cash handling experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and communicate effectively.
