Job Description

This job is located at 5220 S. Harvey St., Muskegon, MI 49444. All applicants with Resumes will be considered. Work in the Tropics! Join the fast growing franchise team in Tropical Smoothie.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
At Tropical Smoothie Café, we inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun! Our Crew Members are key to delivering on this promise which is driven by our four values: Solid Relationships, Playing to Win, Creative Spirit and Living Better. If you are Smart and have Integrity, Drive and Enthusiasm, you would be a great Tropical Smoothie Café Crew Member.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using "Tropitude" (Tropitude is our "mojo" and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere). Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits our café. Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies. Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Café's standards. Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations. Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe. Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer. Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand. We close at 9pm and night crew is usually done by 9:30 so no late nights! No fryers or grease!
