Part‑Time or Full‑Time Overview Team Members at Buffalo Wild Wings GO deliver fast, friendly service while preparing high‑quality food in a clean and efficient environment. This role supports daily operations including order accuracy, food prep, packaging, guest interaction, and maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service Accurately take orders in‑person, online, and over the phone Prepare and package menu items according to brand standards Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, prep areas, and front of house Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately Assist with inventory, stocking, and prep as needed Work as part of a team to meet speed‑of‑service and quality goals Support opening, mid‑shift, or closing duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within a multi‑unit franchise Employee meals and discounts Positive, team‑focused work environment
