Hour Full-Time Position Typical Schedule:

Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week Lockwood Packing Company is hiring dependable team members to join our RTE Production Department. As a Packaging Team Member, you'll help package finished snack stick products by inspecting, counting, labeling, boxing, and preparing products for storage or shipment. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. No food manufacturing experience? No problem. Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What You'll Do Assist with loading and feeding product into packaging equipment Catch, count, and organize finished product from packaging equipment Package products into trays, cartons, boxes, and shipping containers Verify package appearance, labels, product counts, lot codes, and date codes Label, seal, stack, and palletize finished products Prepare finished products for storage or shipment Complete packaging records and required documentation Clean packaging equipment and work areas Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Work with your team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience is helpful, but not required Physical Requirements Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull finished product, packaging materials, and boxes up to 50 pounds Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift Work in varying temperature areas, including refrigerated production areas, coolers, freezers, packaging rooms, warehouse areas, and shipping areas Work around moving equipment, wet floors, and production noise Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work Schedule Full-time position Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week Overtime may be available based on production needs Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands If you're dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in producing quality food products, we'd love to have you on our team.
