Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas. Assist in the overall food preparation process, including marinating, seasoning, and plating dishes. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Skills Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in food service or restaurant settings. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, particularly grilling methods. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to help others when needed Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
