Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders or retail purchases in a friendly, professional manner Operate POS systems (TOAST) POS and Micros POS to process food service orders and retail transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change efficiently Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and kitchen equipment operation Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, bussing tables, and organizing the front of house area Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Familiarity with POS systems such Toast or other POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, multitask efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant or café environment is advantageous Reliable time management skills to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while building your career in the food industry!
