Tuesday through Sunday (Closed on Mondays) About Us Paik's Noodle is a popular Korean-Chinese franchise known for serving authentic, high-volume comfort favorites like Jjamppong, Jajangmyeon, and Tangsuyuk. We are looking for friendly, organized, and reliable Cashiers / Front of House Team Members to deliver great customer experiences.Key Responsibilities Cashier & POS Operations:
Greet guests warmly, process dine-in and takeout orders accurately using the POS system, and handle payments.Phone Orders:
Answer incoming calls professionally and take takeout orders accurately.Third-Party Delivery Management:
Monitor, organize, pack, and hand off to-go delivery orders (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) ensuring all sauces and items are correct.Customer Service:
Answer menu questions, accommodate guest requests, and ensure an overall clean and welcoming dining area.Front-of-House Maintenance & General Support:
Restock takeout supplies (utensils, napkins, containers), wipe down counters and tables, and assist with other restaurant needs as required. Requirements Prior cashier, customer service, or restaurant front-of-house experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual in Korean and English is a strong plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to multitask efficiently during fast-paced lunch and dinner rushes. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
