Now hiring — multiple positions Front of House Team Member Hay Jay Cafe

  • Part-time and full-time available Hay Jay is an elevated breakfast and lunch café in Bennington, Nebraska
  • open 6am to 2pm daily.
We were named after our owner's daughter, Hazel Jane, and that story is woven into everything we do. People come here for the food. They come back because of how we made them feel. What you'll do You own the guest experience start to finish. Serving, cashiering, running food, bussing, barista work, bartending, expo — whatever the shift needs. Every guest gets a greeting. Every guest gets a goodbye. Our standard is that every single person leaves feeling wowed, confident they were taken care of, and already thinking about coming back. This is not the right fit if Early mornings are a struggle. Our doors open at 6am and we need you ready — with energy and full focus — from the first guest through the last. If mornings are a fight, this isn't your place. This is the right fit if You genuinely like people. You take pride in your work without being told to. You move fast without cutting corners. You want to grow — we promote from within and we're actively building our team ahead of a busy summer. The right people will move up quickly.
