We are looking to add a part-time Member Service Representative to our team at Stewart's Federal Credit Union. The Member Service Representative will provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service experience to our members. As an MSR, you will be an important part of our members' experience and will have the opportunity to build relationships while providing exceptional service and assisting members with their financial needs. Responsibilities Provide the highest level of member service while accurately and efficiently processing member transactions. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other member transactions. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and member accounts. Maintain current knowledge of credit union products and services and educate members on products that may best meet their needs. Assist with debit card maintenance and member requests. Assist with promoting credit union products and services, with an emphasis on membership and loan growth. Develop relationships with members and identify opportunities to meet their financial needs. Cross-train in other areas of the credit union to provide support to the team. Follow all credit union policies, procedures, security requirements, and internal controls. Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable handling cash and working with financial transactions. Professional, friendly, and approachable personality. Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect member information. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Previous teller, banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

We Offer:

Starting Pay:

$18-$20/hour. 100% company paid retirement- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The schedule consists of 25-30 weekly hours, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-3pm.
