PM Location:

110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11420 Positions available : Server Guide guests through a fine dining experience. You'll know the menu inside and out and deliver warm, polished service. What you'll do Guide guests through the menu and wine and beverage pairings Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and support staff Deliver attentive, polished table service from greeting to check Uphold service standards and steps of service What you bring 2+ years serving in fine dining or upscale full-service restaurants Strong menu, wine and beverage knowledge (or eager to learn quickly) Polished communication and guest instincts Available nights, weekends and holidays Bartender Run the bar for a new fine dining room. You'll craft cocktails and serve both bar guests and the dining room. What you'll do Prepare cocktails, wine and spirits to recipe and presentation standards Provide hospitality to bar guests, including dining at the bar Fill service bar tickets for the dining room accurately and quickly Manage bar setup, prep, inventory and cleanliness Serve alcohol responsibly What you bring 2+ years bartending in upscale or high-volume settings Strong classic cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge ATAP certification a plus Available nights, weekends and holidays Host Be the first impression. You'll welcome every guest and keep the dining room flowing. What you'll do Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations, the waitlist and table flow Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Coordinate with managers and servers on pacing What you bring Host or guest-facing experience preferred Organized, calm and friendly under pressure Comfortable with reservation systems Available nights and weekends Busser Keep the dining room polished. You'll support servers and keep every table ready for the next guest. What you'll do Clear and reset tables to fine dining standards Pour water, refill bread and support servers throughout service Keep the dining room and service stations clean and stocked What you bring Restaurant experience preferred Attention to detail and a sense of urgency Available nights and weekends Food Runner Connect the kitchen to the table. You'll deliver every dish as Chef JJ intends it. What you'll do Deliver dishes to the right guests accurately and on time Describe dishes to guests as they're served Communicate between the kitchen and servers during service Help keep service stations clean and stocked What you bring Restaurant experience preferred Ability to learn the menu quickly and speak to it confidently Available nights and weekends
