Duties Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches and food items following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling products to enhance the guest experience Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give accurate change Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols Ensure food safety management practices are followed consistently to meet health regulations Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing special requests Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service/fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Retail sales experience with upselling or suggestive selling is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality food and memorable service.
