Job Description

Job Summary Farmer's Choice Deli & Grill is looking for an experienced deli and grill cook to join our team in Oceanside. We are looking for someone who is fast, reliable, clean, and experienced working a flat-top grill in a deli, bagel store, café, smoothie or similar busy kitchen.

You should be comfortable preparing:

Breakfast sandwiches, eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, pancakes & French toast Philly cheesesteaks and chopped sandwiches Grilled chicken and chicken sandwiches Cold and hot sandwiches/heroes Smoothies and juices Multiple orders at the same time during busy breakfast and lunch rushes

Requirements:

Previous deli/grill or short-order cooking experience is strongly preferred. Must understand food safety, keep the grill station clean and organized, work well under pressure, and be dependable and punctual.
