As a Crew Member, you will be essential in maintaining efficient restaurant operations, ensuring food safety, and delivering friendly service to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their selections. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during busy periods. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness. Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
